Located in a well-kept tidy townhouse complex near Hanlon and Paisley. 11 min to 401 by car, bus stop right outside complex, one connection to UoG.

ACCOMMODATION: The shared accommodation has WiFi, AC, and utilities included. Townhouse is neat and clean, has a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room with comfy chair and sofa, coffee table, bright window, and walk out to private patio. Pots and pans, dishes, cups, serve ware, and cutlery included, can make room for some extra if you own your own.

RENTAL also INCLUDES: • Kettle, microwave, and dishwasher • Laundry washer and dryer (provide your own laundry products). • Parking is not guaranteed. There are numerous visitor parking spots that may be used when available – registration of vehicle with landlord required. • Wireless internet • Gas heating and AC • Vacuum cleaner and brooms provided

Not included: • Room furniture • Bedding, linens, towels, cleaning products, personal items like toiletries including toilet paper and paper towels.
