My ideal roommate is someone that would want to rent here for a year, but I am open to month to month, short term, etc! Very easygoing and flexible! The house is occupied by two single adult roommates who are both employed. We are both non smokers, but 420 friendly, and private, quiet and great clean roommates who respect people’s privacy and space! Seeking the same in a roommate!

The private bedroom is roughly 11x13? ( will confirm ). Window in room that opens to the backyard and bedroom is on a back of the house main floor with a large closet to hang your items. If the cool central air in the house isn’t cold enough for you in the private room, you can purchase a small portable AC for your bedroom window for $20 month extra! Rent includes : Rent which is all inclusive and NO RENT INCREASE YOURE ENTIRE TENANCY! free laundry access, eat in kitchen and bar height table, highest speed wifi, backyard access, access to the firepit and bbq( once I buy them), extra storage in the shed in the back, lots of space if you have an e bike you need to secure and charge each night , hydro, gas, hot/cold water, waste water, heat and central air, rent also includes basic things you won’t need to purchase while living here such as: toilet paper, all cleaning supplies and things to clean with.

Amenities include; Private cubbard space in kitchen , Private kitchen drawer, Your choice; Shared fridge with 1 person in the kitchen OR smaller private fridge / freezer combo in your bedroom , shared kitchen counter space and shared kitchen access, Shared stove and a shared microwave only. Shared bathroom with full size tub and shower, semi private backyard space at the very back of the property which will have a BBQ, fire pit, chairs, by the back shed. Might be a quiet place to enjoy outdoors and read a book. Upon renting this room, will include access to the backyard at the back of the property by the shed only, if you wish to set up a little outdoor patio table and chairs near the fire pit I will be installing . You also will have some extra storage access for your items if it is in plastic totes or boxes and stacked, you will have some additional storage available. Things To Bring for yourself that are not included in rent; Your own dish/plates , cutlery, cookware. Dish soap, hand soap, Your own scrubbies to wash your own dishes, laundry soap, paper towels, Bring your own bed, bedding, towels, & belongings. ROOM CAN COME FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED!
