Mountain Room for Rent

4 bedroom, 1 bathroom main level house. Washer and dryer in unit. Non smoking. 1 unfurnished room available: Room 1 is $800 + utilities Looking for responsible, respectful, clean, and quiet roommates. Students and young professionals preferred. There are three current roommates. All around 30 years old. One small dog and one small cat that we each keep in our own rooms most of the time. One is a student and working part time. The others are working full time.
