I am offering 2 rooms for rent on the bright lower floor of my newer townhouse. Both rooms have a full-size window and a shared full bathroom. You could rent both rooms or a single room, rent per room is $1000 per month and includes all utilities and internet. Looking for a male student or young male working professional. Only 5min drive to UBCO and 1min walk to a bus stop (located in North Glenmore). The lease term is flexible (6 months minimum), no pets, and no smoking/vaping. Single occupancy only per room. There is a shared kitchen, but the living room space and the half washroom upstairs is not included. On street parking available, shared laundry, close to all amenities, quiet neighborhood.
