Wanted: Looking for Individual/ Family to Share Rent in 4+ Bedroom Home

Are you looking for a home to rent but can’t afford the inflated market? I have a solution - come rent and colive with me. My name is Ashley, I’m a 28-year-old single working mom to two young children. Im looking for either a female individual or a family in similar situation that is willing to split costs of rent of a large home. Tenant must be able to provide their own credit and income information, be reliable and be willing to live with kids and a dog. Tenants with pets will be considered, preferably no cats. If you have your own pet, it must be good with kids and dogs. I have one vehicle, so tenant would have to provide their own vehicle or use other transportation and pay for additional parking if needed.
