No smoking inside the property and no pets allowed. Female students only. Two rooms available (rent includes all utilities): Private bedroom with shared full bathroom (shared between two students): $900. Availability: July 1, 2026. Townhouse is 2-minute walk from Conestoga and 12-minute walk from Laurier campus. Bedrooms are furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, and chair. All rooms have large windows with tons of sunlight. Common kitchen is fully furnished with a stove/oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge and dishwasher. Laundry and recreation room are situated in the basement.
