The room is on the second floor which allows for quick access to the stairs making it easier to bring in shopping or catch the bus that is right infront of the building. The bus leads to Conestoga college doon campus and runs very frequently u can also go to Fairview mall and all the way to downtown Waterloo using just one bus route. The building has 24/7 security making it very safe and secure for students. There is also a café, convenience store, gym, yoga room, theatre room, games rooms, and many study rooms with free wifi available to you 24/7. The room has a nice view and roomy closet space. A bed, drawers, desk, and desk chair are included. There is in unit laundry and spacious living room with a big balcony. The unit also has two full bathrooms and three other rooms. Utilities: heat/air conditioner and water are included in rent however electricity is not included. The building also requires tenants to have insurance you can bring your own or use the company affiliated with the building ($20/month).
