*Posting on behalf of a friend* A single private room is available to rent for lease takeover or sublet from 1st February 2026 (female students only). Early move-in possible. Address is 265 Regina Street North, Waterloo. The unit features three rooms, a shared bathroom, and a kitchen (see pictures). The rent is $595, including all utilities and $100 refundable one-time deposit for keys. Two of the rooms are currently occupied by two female students. I am mainly looking for someone to take over my lease. The lease term ends on August 26, 2026. You have the option to cancel or renew it every year. Sublet is also possible; the price can be negotiated if it's sublet. It is within walking distance of Wilfrid Laurier University and all bus stops. The room comes unfurnished. You can buy the mattress, table, and chair from me if you like, at half the price I bought them for. They are all brand new and from IKEA, have only used them from September 2025 till now (see pictures).
