Hey everyone, looking to sublet my room May-August!
Rent is $700 (all inclusive). The house includes a dishwasher, microwave, washer + dryer. Washroom is shared with a roommate.
Females only. Current tenants are also female - who are very friendly and easy going.
The house is located at a close walking distance to buses that go to Western campus, but is also a short drive to it.
Parking space is available!
