Roommate wanted ! Hi , I ‘m looking for a roommate, man or woman . I am moving into a newly renovated 4 ½ in Longueuil in a beautiful area . Close to Parc Michel Chartrand , Pierre Boucher Hospital , bicycle paths and a grocery store, Familiprix and some restaurants. Bus stop very nearby. Less then 15 minutes from the metro Longueuil. Located between the Jacques-Cartier bridge and the Lafontaine Tunnel. The room isn’t furnished.You’ll have access to the kitchen and living room. I am looking for someone I can easily get along with . You MUST be responsible , pay your rent on time , pick up after yourself , willing to participate in cleaning the common spaces, be respectful in terms of noise as I would do for you and finally , you have to agree to some ‘’ground rules’’ in sharing the space. You will also have a parking space if you wish to. I speak mostly English but I do ok in French. The price is 750$/month (internet ,electricity). Pictures to come. Près du Parc Michel Chartrand , de l’Hôpital Pierre-Boucher , pistes cyclables , une épicerie , Familiprix and quelques restaurants. Un arrêt d’autobus est tout près. Moins de 15 minutes du metro Longueuil. Situé entre le Pont Jacques-Cartier et le Tunnel Lafontaine. La chambre n’est pas meublée.Vous aurez accès au salon et à la cuisine. Je recherche quelqu’un avec qui je peux bien m’entendre. Vous devez être responsable , payer votre loyer à temps , nettoyer derrière vous , être prêt(e) à partager le nettoyage des espaces communs. Être respectueux(euse) en terme du bruit comme je le ferai pour vous. Aussi, vous devez accepter de vous plier à certaines règles de base.
