Rent is $600/month. Damage Deposit is $300. .
Wifi and utilities are included in the rent price.
No Pets, no guests
No parties or smoking - outside smoking is fine.
Must be working full time or in school full time
Preference given to those only working/studying in town and gone "home" on weekends.
