The small room is $800 plus 1/3 of the utilities. It's located on the main floor. Not furnished, can be if needed.
The bigger room is $1000 plus 1/3 of the utilities. It's located on the 2nd floor. Furnished with a double bed.
The two tenants will be sharing a full bathroom on the 2nd floor.
Room are available anytime for the right tenants.
No room sharing. One person per room.
No guest.
No parking space available.
Proof of income and reference required.
Credit report, first and last month rent deposit is required.
