Hello, We are all female living in the apartment building living very peaceful and friendly. We have one big space available with balcony in living hall and we are looking for one girl to join us and who is vegetarian.
- It is located at north etobicoke, close to Canadian Tire, Albion mall, No Frills & other grocery stores, just a 5-min walking distance to the bus stop and 20 minutes near to Humber college, 40 mins to york university.
-bed, study table and wardrobe is included.
-Laundry is available in the building.
-Gym is also available in the building.
-Rent is $400 including utilities. No lease. Short term, long term or for one month available.
- $100 as a security deposit for keys is required (refundable).
