1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom house is for rent. Owner occupied. I'm looking for a female student only. Short term ok.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and mattress, dresser, desk and chair. Room is 11 sq ft by 12. Including 2 walk in closets, 1 with shelves. The room has it's own heat sourse, a ceramic wall mounted heater.
Shared bathroom, full use of kitchen and laundry. Outdoor parking available. You must supply your own bedding, pillows and towels, laundry soup.
$ 760 per month, a deposit required $ 760.
My home is clean and quiet, I am looking for boarders with the same qualitites. No overnight guests.
I have a cat, the cat is 21 yrs old and she's the queen of the house.
