Furnished room in cozy, spacious, healthy and clean home available for a roomate, sorry no couples. Willing to negotiate rent for some help in the yard and around the house. Back yard BBQ area, front balcony with a gorgeous view. Bathroom shared with 1 other female. Myself (mom) and my son (part-time) live here, and provide care for an adult. We have a sweet dog and fluffy cat; sorry we have no room for another pet. Must be able to pass a background check, due to the nature of the adult living in our home. Washer, dryer and fully furnished home, with a kitchen full of appliances, and everything you will need. I look forward to hearing about you, and finding the right person for our home.
