I have 2 bedrooms available together in my home and I'm looking for the right person or small family to share the house with.
I'm a single mom with two kids, so I'm completely open to another parent with child(ren) who may be looking for an affordable and comfortable place to call home. I'm also open to an individual who would like both bedrooms and is comfortable living in a home with children.
The two bedrooms would be yours, with shared use of the kitchen, living areas, bathrooms, laundry and other common areas of the home.
About our home:

I'm hoping to find someone who is responsible, respectful, clean and easygoing. Because this is our home and there are children living here, finding someone whose lifestyle is compatible with ours is really important to me.
This isn't a party house. I'm looking for someone who enjoys having a comfortable place to come home to and who is respectful of everyone's privacy, belongings and routines.
I would ideally love to find another parent because I understand how difficult housing costs can be when you're raising kids on your own, but you absolutely do not need to be a parent to apply. You just need to be comfortable sharing a home with children. ❤️
