2 rooms for rent in 4-bedroom apartment

Hey! My roomie Sophie (25, she/her) and I (Charlie, 26, he/him) are looking for two new roommates in our beautiful, bright apartment on Bronson and Slater. Move-in date: August 1st (earlier is possible, later is perhaps possible, please inquire further!) Location: 481 Slater St. (Centretown) Amenities: No elevator Laundry in basement 5 min walk from Lyon station, Food basics, 10 min walk to downtown and Chinatown, bus routes 12 and 6 stop directly outside our house Wifi and Utilities: ~$50 per person/month Info: The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful Queen Anne’s Revival style historical building constructed in 1902. It’s directly across from the new Adisoke library. The shared living room space is massive and all rooms have big, bright windows. We have a shared balcony with excellent views, a cozy kitchen, and a nice clean bathroom. Values: LGBTQ / queer friendly. We value open and direct communication. We work together to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy and handle chores. We enjoy watching the occasional tv show or movie together and have been known to host a games night, crafting event, or dinner party. Sophie and I get along very well and like to chat when we run into each other, but we don’t mind somebody who prefers to keep to themselves. One of us is sober and prefers to not have alcohol or drugs stored or consumed in common spaces. Rent: The total rent is $3925, split evenly each room is $823.75. One of the two rooms available is extremely large, and the other is on the smaller side. We have elected to bump the massive room rent price up to $950, and the smaller room would be $696. Cats, reptiles, and small mammals are fine with us; if you have a dog let us know and we’ll check with the landlord. There is a great dog park right across the street.
