This house has three bedrooms upstairs, with one shared bathroom for the two rental rooms. The main floor has one more half-bathroom, the kitchen, and spacious dining room / living room area with a patio door out to the semi wood-fenced, green back yard. The basement has a finished room good for storage, and an enclosed area with washer, dryer, and gym. There is an unoccupied one car driveway, with another spot in the garage.
