The common areas will be furnished in May for the living room and dining room. Full kitchen with all pots, plates, utensils, bowls, etc. Large fridge and chest freezer. Each tenant has their own large food pantry. Bedrooms can be furnished for an additional fee on request. Some storage space available in the basement.

Large backyard with garden (exterior sodding will begin once Spring has sprung). One parking spot available. Exterior house has motion lights 24/7 and very safe for tenants. Ring cameras will be installed shortly, in addition.

Close by: Loblaws and Starbucks — 1 minute walk Rideau Sports Club and Restaurant — 2-3 minute walk UOttawa 15 minute walk Strathcona park — 2 minute walk, and several other shops and restaurants in walking distance!

Property manager lives on site for everyone’s convenience and concerns. Two low shedding dogs on site, 50 and 60 pounds, friendly and well behaved. We ask for no more pets at this time.
