Available April 1st. Hi folks. I am currently seeking a tidy, mature, and respectful individual to rent out the master bedroom in my clean, cozy home, located in the blossoming heart of Kanata-Stittsville. The master has its own spacious washroom/shower and walk-in closet. Large flat screen TV and complementary Netflix. Brand new washer and dryer available on site. There is a bright, modern kitchen and living area downstairs, available to tenants provided they are clean and respectful of the space and of others. There are two other tenants, and myself the landlord. There is a parking space available, and three buses running daily in the neighborhood. The room is only available to someone working outside of the house, and it is month to month (not a lease). First and last month's rent are required, as are character references.
