**Female roommate only - Furnished Lease Takeover** Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease in Sandy Hill. Ideally, I am looking for someone mature, calm, respectful, and tidy. :) The room is available May 1, June 1, or immediately if you prefer. The current lease ends July 30 2025, then the lease automatically transfers to a month-to-month lease. So this is great for someone looking for a summer sublet opportunity as it can easily be extended until the end of August, or for someone looking for something flexible on a longer term basis (e.g. into the fall and beyond). The apartment is located in Sandy Hill, on a rather quiet street, near a park, uOttawa and O-train. Rent is $850 + hydro and wifi costs (approximately $75 per month). + Covered parking available: $100/month. Please note: You will be living with a young professional from France and her cat, and smoking is prohibited.
