Granite countertops in kitchen and hallway. Additional full size freezer. Variety of countertop appliances. Laundry machines available. Room - includes single bed, 2 desks(one 6' desk), 1 gaming chair, 2 Ikea 8 cube storage units, dresser, and a 65" Sony TV XBR65X800H 4K (2021)for research, work or gaming. Room - includes double bed, 3 ikea 8 cube storage units, desk, gaming chair, small freezer, and storage unit with granite top, with 2 shelves. All rented rooms include a 3.5 cubic foot freezer. Some of the freezers are in the closets. 3 of the 4 rooms have tv's mounted to the wall. Bus stop within one block on Bank st. 13 min. bus ride to Carleton university. 5 min bus ride to Ottawa U, and 8 min bus ride to St. Paul university. A private lounge in the building, that is accessible with a key fob. An email statement of inclusive rent, with no extra fees, etc, can be provided in an email, after a discussion, viewing, and/or zoom. The email agreement is void, until the student has confirmed back in agreement. A copy of student ID is requested prior to the sent deposit. Applicable ID is shown on move in date. Generally a 4+ or 8+ month school calander term. Email agreement. A home that is comfortable, and has been set up, and designed for well being, with a no visitor policy, for peace of mind. About Centretown

Centretown is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the feel of this area. Centretown is quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Many locations in the neighbourhood have fairly good access to parks, like LeBreton Flats Park and Commissioners Park, since there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to discover. Finally, this area has many streets for those looking for a dynamic vibe. Even though there are few nearby entertainment venues, there are a very large number of people around most of the time, and with its about 40 bars, there are options for nighttime activities. Elgin Street in particular offers an extensive selection of nightlife.
