Hi all, Looking for a quiet and clean working professional (ideally in the hi-tech sector) to rent a fully-furnished room in a townhouse in Morgan's Grant. The house is owner occupied, with 1 other roommate. In total (including yourself) there will be 3 occupants. Ideally looking for medium to long term occupancy (6 months+). Looking for occupancy March 28th. Shared bathroom and common areas include living room, kitchen and laundry room. Walking distance (10 minutes) to high-tech companies such as Nokia, Ericsson, Syntronic, Ciena etc., major banks and grocery/pharmacy stores. Access to: -Parking (driveway and street parking) -All common areas in the house -Storage area in the basement No: -Pets -Smoking Utilities (Hydro, internet, gas) are NOT included in rent.
