The rent for each room will be $800, the utilities and the internet will be included in the rent, also the laundry is available for free. The first and last month is required, the duration of the rent will be at least 6 months.
The house is close to Algonquin college, loblaws, dollarama, LCBO, Tommy Hilfiger, Starbucks, tim horton, Garage, popeys and 5mn by car, the bus stop is 1mn from the house.
For the parking, you have to register with some extra fees.
