No Longer Available - Room for rent in Glen Cairn, Kan... $1,000

I have a lovely room in my house in Glen Cairn, Kanata, available April 1st. All inclusive $1000 month (includes gas, water, taxes, wifi etc.) I am a senior lady with an older black lab dog and a young puppy so hope you like pets. You would have the larger front room on the second level which is fully furnished and has new bedding, We would share the upstairs full bathroom and the half bath on the main floor. Smallish kitchen and I have lots of dishes etc so no need to bring yours. Gas stove and I have a fridge in the kitchen and there is one you can use on the lower level for storing your produce etc. Small everyday items can be kept in the fridge in the kitchen. You would have your own lounge area in the basement and can share my craft table there too.. Laundry is also available in the basement. House is heated and cooled by gas furnace. Driveway can accommodate 6+ cars and is plowed in the winter by Kodiak. Large garden and if you like to grow things you can have your own plot. Backyard also has a large deck with furniture and gas BBQ, Great neighbours too and if you don't have a car then lots of bus stops and stores close by.
