The location is close to Kanata’s tech park (Nokia, Ciena, Mitel and etc.) I’m preferably looking for a roommate who’s a female, working professional and is someone who values a quiet and clean household. No smoking, drugs, and partying. Also, no pets and strong scents. Bedroom is furnished with bed, desk and chair, and a dresser. Shared access to common areas like the kitchen, main bath room, powder room and laundry area. Rent is 950 plus utilities ($100) Parking spot for $50.
