Room for rent in Old Barrhaven

We are three guys looking for a roommate in the peaceful Barrhaven suburbs. There is a dog who is very friendly and active, so if you are allergic, or just don’t get along with dogs that are overly affectionate, I would not recommend applying. Here are the details of the house: $790 all included (heat, hydro, internet). Parking space is $75 a month extra. The room is 9’ x 9.5’ with a pretty spacious closet. Very fast internet with Ethernet connection if needed (1Gbps upload) Laundry in basement (brand new) You will have a pantry to yourself in the kitchen for your food, but all appliances and kitchen ware is shared (all new appliances) Very quiet and calm neighborhood. Every neighbour I’ve met since buying the place last year has been amazing! Family and dog friendly park nearby Right next to a 170 and 173 bus stop Here is what we are looking for in a roommate: Non smoking (includes vaping and marijuana) Employed Preferably aged 25-35 but that’s more so we have things in common Just one person.
