You will only asked once. Lots of rules I just started out of seven rentals I've had a drug addict I've had a guy that drank all my booze. Two teenagers with everything they owned including a scooter. They were loud they were in and out constantly being told. I had a family with a baby all I could hear was drawers opening up and slamming and things being moved all day all night. I had a guy that came with his brother and his girlfriend drunk took booze got me $100 fine and my fobs shut down for 10 days. Lovely couple from Ukraine and two Rogers workers perfect if you're not older and civilized don't bother. Kitchen is shared fully equipped. Linens, towels, shampoo and soap supplied. Room with queen size bed. Living room 50 inch TV. Private bathroom. Wi-Fi included. Parking available next door at theater Rooftop garden Laundry on each floor Cineplex, shoppers drug Mart, dollar store, restaurants, Andrew Haydon park, bicycle path, restaurants all within walking distance.
