Hello, Looking for a clean & quiet young working professional (no couples) for a 3-bedroom townhouse to be shared with 2 other women. No pets allowed. Located in the quiet Bridlewood neighborhood of Kanata. Available July 1st, or end of June if necessary. Preference for a one year lease. Includes utilities and wifi, within reason. Shared driveway/indoor garage parking, and street parking available in the summer. The room is unfurnished (the room pictures are to give you an idea of the size and the look with furniture). The bathroom is shared with one other person. The house is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop (66, 168 & 256 express) & close to amenities such as Eagleson Park & Ride, Walmart Supercenter, Costco, Tanger Outlet, Canadian Tire Centre...
