I am a friendly, easy going, retired lady with a home and two cats. I have decided since my children are grown and left home to rent out my 2 extra bedrooms. This is open to international students as well. In my family home, I am looking for quiet, clean, respectful students. Open to professionals as well. Sorry no couples, no smoking and no pets. All the bedrooms come fully furnished and the other areas of the house are common areas except basement bedroom area. Beautiful backyard, has a pool and BBQ. Great place to study or unwind after a long day. I have onsite laundry, and all utilities and wifi are included in the prices listed below. You are responsible for your own food, cooking and cleaning up after yourself. My house is situated along Woodroffe Ave, which is only a 5-7 min bus ride to Algonquin College (baseline station). If you are a full-time student at AC, your bus pass is provided to you. Also a 40 min bus ride to Carleton University. Bedroom 1 – 9 x 9 = $900 per month Bedroom 2 – 10 x 16 = $1200per month lounge area with bedroom 2 - 10 x 13 Please contact me if you wish to come and view it.

About Centrepointe

People who prefer a slower-paced environment will enjoy Centrepointe. This area is very quiet, as the streets tend to be very peaceful. Lastly, green spaces, including Pinecrest Recreation Complex and Park and Centrepointe Park, are especially well-distributed and there are approximately 30 of them close by for residents to relax in, which makes them easy to reach.
