Roommate in Kanata wanted $720+Utilities

Room for Rent – Available March 1st We are two working women looking for a third roommate, preferably another working woman who is done with school. We’re both relatively quiet and laid-back, with early sleep and wake-up schedules. There are five cats in the house, so unfortunately, we can’t accommodate additional pets. However, it’s important that our new roommate loves and respects cats. You’ll have the option to choose from one of two available rooms. The other empty room will be turned into an office/workout/meditation space. Shared spaces include: • Living room • Kitchen • Shared full bathroom • Half bath on the first floor • Basement and storage room • Dining room The backyard is spacious, featuring a table and chairs, a grill, and plenty of garden space. Rent is $725/month, with the room available at the beginning of March. Utilities are split equally amongst us.
