Je suis un jeune homme présentement aux études qui recherche un colocataire à moyen-long terme pour combler ma petite chambre (jusqu'au mois d'octobre 2026 - les dates peuvent être discuté). Je demeure seul dans un 4 et demi et je recherche quelqu'un de calme et respectueux (idéalement un étudiant). Accès aux électros et aux pièces communes. Non fumeur svp. J'ai un chat de 11 ans qui est bien calme et affectueuse. La chambre est actuellement en réaménagement pour accueillir les meubles. Une entente de colocation sera remplie entre les 2 parties. Au plaisir !
