There are kitchen and laundryroom privileges in a fully stocked kitchen with designated and labeled cupboard space, plus labeled fridge and freezer space.
Bathroom is shared with 1 or 2 others.
No smoking/vaping. Minimal alcohol. No drugs. Must be respectful, tidy, and clean up immediately after use in the bathroom, kitchen/laundry and patio areas.
There are two large Patios, front and back, furnished with seating areas and bbq's that you'll be welcome to use and entertain a guest during the warm months, but no
guests are allowed in the house at this time without special permission from the head tenant.
