All 3 bedrooms are Immediately available, or they can be reserved. 2 single fully furnished private rooms each with queen beds, and 1 larger room with 2 large single beds. The bedrooms could be shared. Everything here is impeccably clean, everything is shared, shared kitchens, shared washrooms - obviously - your bedroom is private and lockable. PREFER female students. - university, college, secondary school - or if you are working between academic terms - that’s fine. I will also consider RECENT grads, please RECENT grads. who have just started working at a new job/career. Taking a year off before continuing with college or university - not a problem. If you have just finished grade 12 and have decided to work for a bit, before starting university or college - let’s chat APPROXIMATELY, 4 minute walk to transit pickup, (Approximate) Public transit times below; 15 minutes to Trent U., 15 minutes to Oxford C., to Peterborough square and to the hospital, Perhaps 20 to 25 minutes to Landsdowne mall area, 30 minutes to Fleming. (Here) There are new kitchen appliances, new kitchen ware, dish ware and cutlery; you may use things that are here. You do not need to buy these things: they are here for you to use. You only require the basics - your clothes, personal items. These are fully furnished rooms. Laundry facilities on site. Monitored - smoke/fire/security system. Wifi or Ethernet. Year round Off road parking is available: Central AC and heat. Backup Electrical generator. TV. No pets, No smoking, no vaping, no drugs please. 3 SHARED washrooms. 2 SHARED kitchens.
