Bus Stop is very close for both Trent University and Fleming College 700 Sawmill Rd is only for female due to some rooms are already occupied by International female students. Bus Stops are very close (Water St. and Cumberland Ave). Another house (540 Montcalm Dr) is only for female. Rooms are furnished and monthly rent for sharing a room is $400–$550 CAD and for a single room, rent is between $700–$800 CAD (all inclusive). Everything such as hydro, gas, water and internet are covered by the rent.
