Description

This is an amazing property! A beautiful new extension to the home. It features skylights in the kitchen with backyard access. This house is furnished with new quality furniture (even newer than in these photos) and has ample amounts of storage. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located in the quiet basement with heated floors (amazing during our prairie winter monthst). Every two rooms shares a bathroom, so you’re only sharing with one other girl. Plus, there is a third bathroom in the laundry room upstairs! It’s close to the universe which makes this a perfect luxury space for students looking for a higher standard of living while at school.

About Hillsdale

Hillsdale is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the feel of this neighbourhood. Although the ambience is not the liveliest in this area with the bars in nearby neighbourhoods, it is rather challenging to find a place to grab a drink because they are generally located quite far away. Hillsdale is very good for those who prefer quiet surroundings, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. There are about 40 parks nearby for residents to enjoy, including Wascana Centre and Habitat Conservation Area, and they are very well-located, which makes it very easy to reach them.
