I’m looking for a professional female (or student female) who wishes to rent a fully furnished bedroom in my upscale security locked condo building in Millidgeville.
It’s a sunny, plant filled condo ☀️ on the third floor on the bus route, near the Regional Hospital and UNBSJ. My apartment is beautifully decorated with art and good quality furniture, cozy, and fully stocked with all kitchen / bathroom needs and wishes. It’s a beautifully decorated apartment with it’s own in-suite laundry and private balcony. The guest bedroom available for rent is a good size, with an extra large closet and large TV. This is an owner occupied, peaceful building. I am a single professional female, and have 2 little adorable pugs. I live alone and so I would only be interested in renting to a professional female or student.
