The monthly rent is $701.93, as per the existing agreement with Killiam. You will be responsible for half of the utilities: Internet costs $52, and electricity is $28.64. Please note that these amounts may vary, as they reflect my current payment.
Killiam has provided the fridge and stove; however, the rest of the room is unfurnished. The apartment will be available starting December 1, 2024.
