Looking for room to rent or basement suite

Hey, I’m a 20 year old male looking for a room to rent for April 1st or whenever works for you. Willing to pay up to $1000 for rent. I have 2 cats and will be getting a dog. (Pit bull or German shepherd) (Pets can stay at my moms place if that works better for you) Am clean and tidy. (I like to organize things) I’m friendly and talkative. (Also a jokester) I’m on SAID but am getting a job soon. (You don’t have to worry about payments or anything as I’m getting around $40,000 in April, and my grandma always helps me if needed) I play video games and listen to music, but if I’m too loud I can always use headphones or just be more quiet. I don’t smoke, do drugs, or party. I’m a pretty chill person/down to earth. I’m an ambivert and am really open. Future nurse. I’m taking a break from school right now to focus on self improvement and discipline. My friend may be staying but if that doesn’t work for you then it’ll just be me. Doesn’t have to be furnished. I’m quite flexible and can compromise.
