Looking for Room to Rent

Hello. I’m looking for a room to rent in Saskatoon. I’m expecting to be here for the next 3 - 5 years. Semi-retired so I do project work related to business and program development. Retired from a global oil & gas company where I held a senior management position. I’m relatively quiet and super easy to get along with. I’m fairly active so out a lot during the day and spend most of the rest of my time at my desk writing. I have my own room furnishing and I would be looking for a place where I have kitchen privileges. Im very clean and happy to do yard work if the room is in a house. My price range is $600-800 and I would be fine signing a one-year lease for the first year. Also, I would be looking for a place that is lgbtq friendly.
