Fully furnished room in the heart of Spruce Grove, ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Seeking a full-time working professional that is responsible and financially stable.

Spruce Grove is 5 min from Acheson, Stony Plain, and 15 minutes to West Edmonton. Spruce Grove has all the stores, banks, gyms, and NAIT (Spruce Campus). My home is in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood and is right next to forest trails for jogging, biking, and all outdoor leisure activities. Room is furnished with a bed, shelves, desk, TV, etc

House shared with just one person and my two dogs (I have no kids). My dogs are medium size and are easily the most well behaved dogs you'll ever meet. *Therefore, the renter must be dog friendly.* I'm a friendly, quiet, and respectful teacher who lives his own life and keeps to himself. I'm a NON SMOKER, and have never tried drugs.

The room comes with a big lcd tv and blu ray dvd player (NETFLIX and all streams capable). Wifi internet is Fibre Optik Telus and lightning fast.

House has a full kitchen with all appliances. The bathroom, kitchen, and laundry are what's shared.

House has a big yard, patio table setup, bbq, and an outdoor firepit, Parking and full laundry included. Bus service to Edmonton and within Spruce is fully available at the bus stop up the street (less than 1 min walk).

Room is for ONE person only and has all bedding, towels, etc (if needed). NO parties, NO DRUGS, NON SMOKER, clean, etc. Quiet person, calm, considerate, working professional (EMPLOYED FULL TIME). It is also perfect for an out of town worker or camp rotation worker. House is 100% NON SMOKING of any kind. (I have a severe allergy to smoke)

References and job confirmation required. $750 rent for a 6 month lease, or $800 rent for month to month lease. DD is one month's rent. NON Negotiable on rent or DD. Room is $200 weekly if you just need a short term room to take the 3-4 week course at NAIT - Spruce Grove campus.

I will not rent the room over the phone or through email. We must be in person and talk about the room, lease, etc. Room is available as of now.
