Room Discount for Russian Language Lessons

Looking for female Russian-speaking tenant to help me continue with my studies with Russian language learning in exchange for big rental discount in my lovely home. Bilingual Ukrainians & Russians, both are welcome to apply. Rent is negotiable. I was thinking of charging only $350 plus 10 hours of simple instruction per month to help me overcome Level 1. No books or written grammar lessons, only basic verbal speaking skills to effectively carry on a conversation. I'm not a beginner, so it should not be too frustrating. You’d be living with me and 3 of my female tenants. Heating, lighting and internet would all be covered by me. If you are fluent in the Russian language and want it to pay off, now’s your chance. I provide driveway parking for your car and there is no lease to sign, so you are free to stay as long as you want, or leave when convenient for you.
