Furnished Room for rent $800 everything included (wifi, utilities, shared kitchen with all dishes/cookware, bbq, livng space with tv you can use) also would have tons of storage space in basement if it is needed. Would also have pretty much an entire bathroom to yourself as I have an ensuite and hardly use the second bath. I could also switch out the dresser that’s in there for a larger one if needed. Would have to like dogs as I have a 1.5 year old golden retriever who loves people. Looking for one singular person, preferably between the ages of 20-40.
