Space is furnished with a bed, desk, dressers, and bookcase. Subletter will also have access to a closet in the master bedroom. Kitchenware may be provided if needed.

Located on UBC campus, across the street from the Old Barn/Bean Around the World, one block from Thunderbird residence.

Rent includes hydro and wifi. A parking spot may be included for additional charge. Available from mid-April to end of August. Start/end dates negotiable.
