No couples or pets(sorry) Quiet group, housekeeping service can even clean your room once every 2 weeks with linen change,if you wish for minimal price.( $20). Very good house for studying with common breakfast room/internet room and a TV room. Suits an international student perhaps or newcomer to Vancouver .Prefer student to working person. House is fully furnished having all utilities and unlimited wifi. Common kitchen suitable for -Light cooking , central heating, kitchen, garden, street parking etc. really outstanding location close to cafes restaurants public transport, UBC bus, downtown bus ( 15 minutes) banks supermarket etc.
The house is old but bathrooms are all new.
Any things you need ( like bedside lamps. etc) we will look at once you are here.
