Hi there, I'm a student at UBC, and I'm looking for a female student to sublet my room in a 2br in Dunbar for the summer! It's available for sublet from April to September, and it comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, desk and comfy desk chair. You'll get your own bathroom, and will share the kitchen with my lovely roommate, who is a UBC student studying history! My roommate and I are looking for someone quiet, tidy, and friendly.
Also, if you're unable to begin the sublet April 1st, we can be flexible on the start date!

Rent - $1300/month, covering all utilities (hydro, WiFi, hot water).
Appliances - Large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, and kettle.
Sublet period - April (can start anytime) to the end of August.
Location - By Dunbar and King Edward, near the 25, 7, 49, and R4 bus lines. Also near a really nice park, and close to lots of grocery stores!
