The room will be available on April 1st Hi guys guys! Im looking for a roommate in my small laneway house. My name is Thomas and this is my dog chewy. Just to let you guys know. everything will be cleaned out in the bedroom. Expect the bed and tv on the wall unless you have your own bed. You would have a small washroom to yourself but you can use the shower up stairs since there is only 1 in the house. The laneway house isn't thay big to be honest. Its pretty small so just to warn you guys if you have alot of stuff this might not work out for you. Its 700 a month and hdryo bill is every 2 months. We would spilt the hydro bill 50/50 4851 Inverness st vancouver
