Walking distance to T&T and restaurants around 1st Avenue & Renfrew. - 1 min walk to #27 bus stop - 10min walk to Rupert Park - 10 min bus to Rupert Station, Superstore - 20min walk to PNE - Buses #14, #16, #27 Suite: This 3 bedroom suite is situated on the ground floor (downstairs, not basement) of a Vancouver special home. The place is shared with only one other female (me) who rents 2 of the bedrooms. The suite is bright and airy with lots of plants. The kitchen comes with a fridge, stove, microwave, air fryer and rice cooker. Room: West facing bedroom, furnished with a twin bed, desk, chair and bedding. Me: My name is Tina, I am Chinese and work mainly from home. I enjoy crafting, taking care of plants and meeting up with friends. I consider my home a sanctuary and put effort into cultivating a clean and comforting space. I am looking for a roommate who shares the same values about their home.
