We live in this house and are renting a room, with shared bathroom, and use of kitchen. Bathroom is shared with one other male student. The house is located in New Westminster across from the NWSS Secondary School, very near the Burnaby Border, on bus lines and 6 minutes to the Skytrain station, and about 40 mins to downtown. Our home is 35 min by bus to the SFU campus at Burnaby Mountain, and also close to BCIT, Surrey Central campuses, and walking distance to Yorkville University, Douglas College, and Sprott Shaw College. The rent covers your fully furnished room and wifi, laundry use once a week and the use of the kitchen to prepare simple meals for yourself. The room will have a bed, study table and lamp, a dresser, an electric heater and fan, and linen. A deposit is required. Minimum 6 month rental. The other occupants on this floor are male Students.
