Wanted: Mature female seeking quiet accommodation on Vancouver island

Good day, I am creating this add for my friend’s mother who is Mature, non-smoker with good credit and a little dog. She requires a quiet place in the countryside on Vancouver Island near Sidney, Saanich or Langford. She would like a shared space with preferably another mature female with 1 parking space available. Her need is for a decent sized room/master bedroom between 400-500sq ft. Please advise if you have or know of any leads as she is looking to relocate from Ontario ASAP.
